This forms the basis of all physiotherapy treatment. We have years of experience treating a huge variety of different musculoskeletal problems, from sports injuries to inflammatory and arthritic conditions.

Treatment Modalities

We offer a range of treatments including manual therapy, exercise prescription, gait analysis, posture re-training, sports taping, sports massage and acupuncture right from the comfort of your home or office.

Continued Care & Onward Referral

We hear your story and take a detailed history. We then create an individualized treatment plan including continued care aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together. If required we can point you in the direction of specialist help from our years of working together with consultants in the NHS and private sector.
