Do you offer workshops?Yes, we offer a range of different workshops targeted at staff, managers and directors. This includes subjects such as Mental Health First Aid, Mindfulness, Workplace Ergonomics, Physiotherapy Drop-In Sessions. All include the option of food as well (Breakfast, lunch or snacks) for an added bonus!
How long is your workshop?Workshop’s range from 30 minutes to 3 hours, get in touch if you would like to find out more.
What is the cost?This will be dependent on the service and the company size. As mentioned on the home page our services are tailored to the company, please get in touch if you would like to find out more and we can develop a quote for you. Equally, if it is a workshop you are after, please let us know where you are based and we can get a quote to you ASAP. The Deloitte Mental Health in the Workplace Report (2022) found that in the UK, staff sickness and presenteeism (being unwell at work) costs companies on average £1652 per employee.
