Why do you use a triage form instead of online booking?

We triage first to make sure physiotherapy is appropriate and to book you into the right type/length of appointment.

How quickly can I be seen?

We offer sessions on Monday to Friday. After triage, we’ll share the next available options. This will usually be within the next 1-2 working days.

Do you take medical insurance?

Yes — we can accept most insurer-funded patients. Complete the triage form and tell us your insurer.

What should I wear/bring?

Wear something comfortable you can move in (shorts helpful for lower-limb issues). Bring any relevant scans/letters if you have them.

Can I have one service and not the entire package?

Absolutely! We regularly provide one off services, the most common being workplace physiotherapy for a corporate event. We also do a lot of 'one-off' ergonomic assessment days to ensure you are meeting DSE standards.

Do you offer any training?

Yes! We have qualified first aid instructors as well as qualified mental health first aid instructors. Get in touch to find out how much it would cost. We can train your staff in emergency first aid at work (we offer level 1-3 training which is either a 1 or 3 day course). We can also train your chosen staff members in mental health first aid levels 1-3.

Do you offer workshops?

Yes, we offer a range of different workshops targeted at staff, managers and directors. This includes subjects such as Mental Health First Aid, Mindfulness, Workplace Ergonomics, Physiotherapy Drop-In Sessions. All include the option of food as well (Breakfast, lunch or snacks) for an added bonus!

This will be dependent on the service and the company size. As mentioned on the home page our services are tailored to the company, please get in touch if you would like to find out more and we can develop a quote for you. Equally, if it is a workshop you are after, please let us know where you are based and we can get a quote to you ASAP. The Deloitte Mental Health in the Workplace Report (2022) found that in the UK, staff sickness and presenteeism (being unwell at work) costs companies on average £1652 per employee. This same report found that poor mental health costs UK employers up to £56 billion per year nationally. Investing in the health and wellbeing of your employee’s has never been more important.
