About Centre Of Gravity
Centre of Gravity Group delivers evidence-based health and wellbeing services across both clinical and corporate settings.
The group encompasses two specialist arms — Centre of Gravity Physiotherapy and Centre of Gravity Health — allowing us to support individuals and organisations with a consistent, high-quality approach grounded in clinical expertise.
Founded by Harry Liniker, Chartered Physiotherapist, Centre of Gravity Group was established in 2020 to bridge the gap between traditional clinical care and proactive, preventative health support.
Our Approach
Across all services, our approach is centred on thorough assessment, clear communication and evidence-based practice. We believe effective health support should be individualised, practical and focused on long-term outcomes — not generic solutions.
This philosophy underpins both our clinical work with patients and our corporate services delivered within workplace environments.
Centre of Gravity Physiotherapy
Centre of Gravity Physiotherapy is the private clinical arm of the group, based in Farnborough, Hampshire. The clinic provides physiotherapy for pain, injury and movement-related problems, with a focus on hands-on treatment, structured rehabilitation and long-term recovery.
The clinic supports patients from Farnborough and the surrounding areas across Hampshire and Surrey, and works closely with local healthcare professionals where appropriate.
Centre of Gravity Health
Centre of Gravity Health is the corporate health and wellbeing arm of the group, delivering services designed to support organisations and their employees.
Services are focused on improving physical wellbeing, reducing injury risk and supporting sustainable performance in the workplace. Delivery is informed by the same clinical standards and evidence-based approach used within our physiotherapy practice.
Corporate services are tailored to the needs of each organisation, with an emphasis on practical, preventative and meaningful impact.
Professional Standards
All services across Centre of Gravity Group are led by a HCPC registered Chartered Physiotherapist, with professional indemnity through the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). Practice is guided by current evidence and ongoing professional development.
