About Centre Of Gravity

Centre of Gravity is a private physiotherapy clinic based in Farnborough, UK. Providing one-to-one assessment and treatment for musculoskeletal, sports-related condition, as well as post operative physiotherapy care.

The clinic offers appointment-only private physiotherapy, delivered either in our dedicated clinic setting or as home-based visits, depending on individual needs. We are focused on thorough assessment, evidence-based treatment and personalised care.

In addition to private clinic physiotherapy services, Centre of Gravity also provides corporate physiotherapy services delivered onsite at client workplaces and offices.

Harry Liniker, Chartered Physiotherapist

Harry Liniker is a Chartered Physiotherapist and the founder of Centre Of Gravity in Farnborough. Harry studied Physiotherapy at Southampton University, completing a masters degree in 2017. He also studied Sports Science at Swansea University, with a bachelors degree. Harry started as a Junior physiotherapy, working in the NHS. He worked his way up to senior physiotherapist role at Frimley Park Hospital, eventually moving into private practice after 5 years. Harry has been working in private practice now for the last 7 years, gaining invaluable experience with a wide range of different conditions. He provides one-to-one physiotherapy assessment and treatment for many different musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on injury rehabilitation, persistent pain and supporting patients to return safely to normal activity.

Harry works with individuals attending the private clinic as well as delivering physiotherapy services within corporate and workplace settings across Hampshire, Surrey and Outer London. Harry also has very useful links to orthopaedic consultants and GP's within the Hampshire and Surrey areas, able to refer onwards when necessary for scans and specialist diagnoses/treatment.

The Evidence-Based Approach

Most private physiotherapy appointments are delivered on a one-to-one basis in a professional clinic environment, however, we also provide home-based visits to those that need it.

Each appointment begins with a comprehensive assessment, followed by a tailored treatment plan based on clinical findings and individual goals. Treatment is guided by current evidence and professional standards to ensure safe, effective care.

Corporate physiotherapy services are provided separately and are delivered onsite at client workplaces, depending on organisational needs. However this does not change our evidence-based approach, which underpins everything we do.
